Du Pasquier

Nathalie Du Pasquier

Many years ago Steve wrote a song called The Closets of My Brain for a catalogue printed for a show of paintings by Nathalie. And many years before that (in about 1992?) Nathalie did live painting on stage at La Rada in Locarno, while Steve did music and Dario Villa read his poems.
May 4 2006: Steve and Gak have prepared a special event for the major exhibition of Nathalie’s paintings and installations at AssabOne in Milan. The results of the recordings are now available in a limited-edition CD with handmade covers by Nathalie. For more info go here.

The most recent project with Nathalie and AssabOne is the Buzzbox. The box is a small house (about 2 x 2 meters inside) designed and painted by Nathalie, comfortably furnished and accompanied by a large map of the place or event for which the project is activated. During the exhibition inContemporanea (11-13 May at the Triennale in Milan) visitors to the box created a buzz about the city of Milan itself.
To hear their vocal contributions and see the analytical maps of the city generated by three days of visits (over 300 people), seehttp://www.buzzbox.it
